YAPC::NA 2017?

Thanks! I had a look and YAPC has already been held in two of the three big
cities that are closest to me (Toronto and Buffalo), so I'll bow out of the
nomination process, but if it turned out to happen in the other close metro
(Detroit), I would not be disappointed. :)
