Not to start a thread, but... the benefit of Duncan CC'ing the list is
two fold: 1. No one needs to send additional corrections, and 2. Now
other people who might want to unsubscribe know how to do so. For what
it's worth, Duncan could have sent this privately to Keith, but that
does not mean what he did was abusive.
