+1.  I help organize a much smaller conference so I have a ton of respect
for those who put this together - everything seemed to go very smoothly
from this first-time attendee's view, and the value for the money is
outstanding.  The speakers I saw were also outstanding.  There clearly was
a lot of work put into this by people who are very dedicated.
