Conference T-Shirts

Two questions:
1) Can you provide contact information for the printers?
2) At the registration booth, there was a sign up sheet for t-shirts to be
mailed for you after the conference, if you were in the boat (like I was)
that missed the distribution at the conference.  So, this begs the
question, will this be happening, or what happened to that list...?
