Kennedy Space Center trip

Hey cool - we're staying at a hotel down by Disney World and I am driving into the conference hotel (while my wife and kids spend the day at The Mouse Complex) so we will need to pick a rendezvous point for Friday morning.

We already have our tickets for KSC through undercovertourist.com (you can also buy them direct from the KSC website if you want) - our plan was to get to KSC around 9:30 am-ish, do the tour until roughly lunch time (you should be aware we have 2 young kids with us) eat lunch somewhere nearby and then check in to our hotel on Cocoa Beach, change clothes and walk to the beach across the street for the afternoon.

Since we're staying on the Cape Friday night, we're not driving back to Orlando; we will leave for home Saturday morning after breakfast and van loading.

I went to KSC when *I* was a boy - maybe 8 - but I haven't been back since so I am really looking forward to it.

Paging Mark Allen, but putting it out there for the whole group - me and the wife would like to tag along for the Friday morning trip to Kennedy Space Center and subsequent beach shenanigans.  Do we need to make reservations or anything for the space center or can we just show up?  The site lists a handful of different tour packages.

Holy crap you guys we're like a week away!
