Austin AC avg thermostat settings?

Weather reports say for YAPCNA high mid 90s, lows mid 70s. So in Austin, 
what are the AC thermostats set to in public buildings? Also interested 
in TCC's temperature. I'm trying to figure out which of the following 
indoor temperature ideas are typical there,  a heat acclimatizated 78F, 
energy saving 75F, generic 72F, or comfortable wearing a suit  office 
space 68-70F?
