Concerning the Email Thread involving Reini Urban

I'm really gratified to see this fully resolved. A critical part of
successfully discussing racism or sexism (or any other -ism) is separating
the person from the behavior. Without that distinction, it's nearly
impossible to move forward. I'm glad we were able to do that here.
