Perl Jobs BOF

To be clear, the conf dates are June 3-5, with the job fair from 11 to 3 on Tuesday the 4th. So, Uri, maybe have the BoF Monday dinner instead, when the other BoFs would be advertised (and hopefully planned during the VIP meet/greet immediately preceding).
