get quotes for tables/chairs - help needed

Hi past & current & future yapc'ers,

If you'd like to help out with organizing this year's YAPC::NA in
Austin, I have a simple, small task that I'm looking to delegate to a
cheerful volunteer with some experience contacting companies for
quotes:

Solicit and obtain quotes from table/chair rental companies in Austin
for the Tues. dinner/game night.

The task is simple enough that you can work on it a bit then hand it
off to someone else if you run out of time to donate.  The
requirements are simple; reply to admin at yapcna.org offlist or contact
diakopter or toddr on #yapc (or /msg on freenode if you like).  More
than one person can help out if you don't mind some coordination
overhead.

We'd like you to research companies and advertised prices this weekend
and prepare a list of 5-10 you plan to call first thing Monday central
time.  Melissa already started the research and gave us some links to
start you off.  Most of these places seem to advertise their prices,
so getting a quote is really just a matter of confirming availability
and getting a bid to provide the service in writing including any
additional fees.
