The link to register for the on-campus dorms at the University of Texas is
now live:
https://utdirect.utexas.edu/apps/dhfs/conf/nlogon/register/?s_pgm_nbr=HF121301643000

The price is $70/night if you don't want/find a roommate, or $35/night each
person if you do. Each of you simply supplies the other person's name in
your registration form to register as roommates.

They are configured to accept reservations for arrival on Sunday June 2,
and check-out on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. However, you might be
able to arrange an earlier arrival if you contact the email mentioned on
the form.

Each room either has its own bathroom or shares a larger bathroom with one
other room. The dorms are "co-ed" and air-conditioned. There are dining
facilities within or attached to the buildings, and they are a short walk
from the conference venue. Search UT Austin Jester Hall for more
information.

There is a shuttle from/to the airport to/from the campus every 30 minutes
for $1, running from at least 8 am until 11 pm every day. Search austin
capmetro airport shuttle for more information.

Payment is due at time of registration, and is refundable, but with a $50
cancellation fee.

They said there are "beds" for 58 available, which I conservatively suspect
means there are 29 rooms reserved for us. This link shows how many have
registered under our group:
https://utdirect.utexas.edu/apps/dhfs/conf/nlogon/

We regret the late availability and notice of this information, and hope
it's not too late for you to get your expenses approved and travel
arrangements made.

More information forthcoming about the arrival dinner and other things
needing your attention and possibly needing your reaction.

See you there!

PS. I'll update the yapcna.org website with this information soon.
