Every message from mailman includes headers detailing how to do many
common list operations, or at a minimum how to access the controls for
your subscription (unless specifically disabled in the list options).

E.g.

List-Id: <yapc.pm.org>
List-Unsubscribe: <http://mail.pm.org/mailman/options/yapc>,
<mailto:yapc-request at pm.org?subject=unsubscribe>
List-Archive: <http://mail.pm.org/pipermail/yapc/>
List-Post: <mailto:yapc at pm.org>
List-Help: <mailto:yapc-request at pm.org?subject=help>
List-Subscribe: <http://mail.pm.org/mailman/listinfo/yapc>,
<mailto:yapc-request at pm.org?subject=subscribe>

What should have happened on subscribe of each member is that a
helpful mailman subscribe message should have been sent that outlined
most of that info, and sepcifically how to unsubscribe. I highly
suggest we don't forget that step next time...
