Content: my initial experience (Monday am at the dorms) mirrored the above.
I was quite surprised when my cold shower became hot.

The quality of the dorm room itself and the staff service/friendliness has
been excellent, especially wrt the price.

The hot water/water wasting and all-too-frequent wireless network
disconnections are annoying but not deal breakers. If held at UT again I
would recommend the dorms (at least San Jacinto hall) to attendees on a
budget.
