Dorm room pricing?

I don't know the official story, but google found me these data that paint
a consistent picture of $70/night for single occupancy and $35/night for
double occupancy, from 2005 through 2013:

$35/night is also what they charge students who move into their dorm room
before the official move-in date, so I'd say it's a pretty safe bet it'll
be $70/night-room, if there are rooms left to reserve.
