[yapc] set your Nickname for better wiki experience

Some of you may be having a problem when editing the YAPC::NA wiki, finding that
your "[user:foo]" aren't working like other people's.

Where some people who put that on a wiki page find it rendering as "My Name
(foo)", others it shows literally as "[user:foo]". You may have found that the
only way to get a link to your profile is to instead say something like
"[user:123]".

Thanks to an unsolicited private email from Gabor Szabo, this problem was solved
for me, by filling in the "Nickname" field in my conference profile
(http://act.yapcna.org/2012/change).

Seeing as the wiki has numerous instances of "[user:123]", including 4 more on
the Arrival Dinner page, I see that many others are having this problem, and now
hopefully you know how to fix it.
