[yapc] YAPC::NA SOLD OUT!!!

Ok. Sorry for thinking that you might want to pick a fight then.

If someone shows up at the door I'm certainly not going to turn them away. If people from the area just want to come hang out for a day, they'll be welcomed with open arms.  But at the same time, I don't want to commit to something I can't do. I don't want you to pay for a flight and a hotel room and then not be able to attend the banquet, see a talk you want to see, go to the game night, or hit The Perl Foundation party. If you pay all that money to come to YAPC, I want to make sure that your'e able to do everything you want to do while you're here. 

Anyway, yeah, I think in the end you'll be happy with what we do to solve this problem. It's been in the works for months now, but we're not quite ready to reveal it.
