[yapc] Reservations -- The Story Continues

Having gotten off the phone with the hotel just a bit ago they are
actively working with us to try to make sure there is as much space as
possible and people can book under the Group Rate. As such they have
extended our block (which normally would have ended last Friday, May
20th) until Thursday June 2nd. That is a little over a week away.

As of this writing the breakdown on available rooms *in our block* is:

    Sun May 26th:  8 rooms available
    Mon May 27th: 14 rooms available
    Tue May 28th: 13 rooms available
    Wed May 29th: 28 rooms available
    Thr May 30th: 48 rooms available

The hotel is monitoring the situation and will try to add rooms to our
block as they become available. There is also availability in the
villas, and the hotel has given us a group rate on the Studio Villas
at $109 per night.

Again we still recommend calling 800-733-3211 to reach in-house
reservations and leaving a voicemail message if necessary, or email
reservation inquiries to reservations at hulsinghotels.com.
