[yapc] One more beginner talk slot open: regex

Thanks to some awesome volunteers, we now have just the one beginner slot talk open, and it covers regular expressions. Any takers? 

Further to the purpose of finalizing our schedule, there are a number of speakers who haven't confirmed their talks yet. We would greatly appreciate your confirming as soon as you are able to do so, or speaking to us if there's a problem. Please do not be afraid to cancel; we fully understand that real life gets in the way of things.
