[yapc] Tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow (and Friday)

I'm writing to inform you that the talk schedule for YAPC::NA::2011 is mostly complete. We can still use a few volunteers for beginner talks; check the schedule for talks assigned to "your name here": these are ones we haven't transferred to others yet. 

Additionally, early bird registration is ending 23:59:59 EST5EDT on Friday. So please register now if you want the lower rate! Thank you.
