And 'hard' work is debatable. Although, sometimes the date of the next
meeting comes sooner than expected, it is only a couple hours a month
(at most) to plan and advertise a meeting.
Delegation helps too. We're lucky to have someone take charge of
hosting, and 2-3 people that are will to step in at the last minute to
speak.
