[yapc] Talk openings

Due to a cancellation, there is a slot for a 20min talk available.

This brings up a good point in general - if you have a talk you want
to give, please submit it. I expect that at least a few people will be
unable to give their talks - we have over 100 non-lightning talks
scheduled (a record!). I would like to have a pool of unscheduled
talks so that we can keep the rooms buzzing and humming.
