In our bid to find people that we haven't reached yet with our call, i'm sending this to YAPC.pm. If you haven't seen this before, please fill it out. If you have already filled it out, but haven't see it on your local .pm group, please pass the call on for us. If there's anywhere you think you should have seen this, but haven't please post it on our behalf.
