[yapc] Discrepancy on room prices

I just went back and donated $10 per night extra for my stay in the dorms to
hit the $60 per night rate.  I encourage everyone staying in the dorms to
consider doing the same.  If not, TPF eats that cost.  I realize budgets are
tight, but if you're able to, please consider it.
