Oh, right.  It was in the dorm checkin stuff.

Get on the IIT network, try to go somewhere in your web browser, then fill out
the registration form.  use iit-guest as the username and hawks2008 as the
password when it asks you for them (a few pages in).

then release your dhcp lease and get a new one, however your OS does that.
