[yapc] CTA visitor pass - 10 "working days" WTF?

Wow, that is a WTF.  Anyone who wants a pass send me a note, along
with your address, over the weekend and I'll ship you a pass Monday
morning.  We can square up at YAPC (unless I get tons of requests...
then I might ask you to paypal me).
