[yapc] Early bird pricing for YAPC::NA 2008 coming to an end

I put it on the wiki, but not the housing page.... I'll update that,
but in the meantime:

We will all be in MSV. The expected cost is $60/night for a single and
$100/night for a double. The booking for this will be coming out soon.
