The conference schedule, the description of talks and the links put
up post-conference to slides/audio archives of talks.

Examples of the way I have used, or would have like to use, materials
from the YAPC Chicago site during the last 12 months:

1. Two speakers at Perl Seminar NY suggested I re-work descriptions
of talks they were about to give from descriptions of talks they gave
at YAPC Chicago. In one case I was able to do this, but in another
case (in the last month, when the wiki got zapped), I could not.

2. Several months after YAPC Chicago, I got involved in testing for
the Parrot project. Several months after that, I realized that
particle had done a presentation on that topic at YAPC Chicago. I
followed the link and got the slides.

3. On occasion I have had the need to answer the question, "Did X
give a talk in Chicago?".

All this information should be permanently archived.
