[yapc] hackathon: where nd when /exactly/ is it being held?

FYI, only dorm accounts let out ssh, im, irc (port 7001), etc.

If you don't have a dorm account, you can probably borrow one from  
someone who isn't at the hackathon.

We can generate a list of people who are confirmed to have already  
left Houston.
