[yapc] How do I get SMTP in UH dorms?

Am in Taub Hall.  Was able to check mail via POP3. 
But outgoing mail appears to be blocked?  (As is IRC,
but at least someone mentioned that earlier.)

Does anyone know what I have to do to configure my
mail client to send mail here?
