[yapc] A word of caution

Depends on what airline you're taking, that'll route you to one of three
different terminals United -> terminal 1, Delta and some others ->
terminal 3, something else -> terminal 2. International flights, terminal
5.

I'd recommend exchanging cell phone numbers and trying to meet near
baggage claim of terminal X. If arriving at different terminals, they're
arranged in a horseshoe:

 2
3 1

(with terminal 5 being separate, requiring a tram ride to the other
terminals).

So pick whatever's in the middle :)

Caution, if there's a small group looking to share a cab, DO NOT ask for
the "shared ride" option - it'll be a fixed price, but even though there
will be one stop, the price will be per person (unless you're better at
negotiating than I am) - so what would've cost $40-$50 plus tip split 3-4
ways, is now $160 or so.

(The shared ride is useful when several strangers are going to several
destinations. Still a fixed price, but sometimes helps if there's a long
line of people waiting for cabs)
