I think the Hyatt is at the Rosemont stop. You have to walk around the block
and past the highway to get to the blue line stop. It's about a ten minute
walk.

Assuming that the Hyatt Regency is actually next to O'Hare (or has a
shuttle that can get you there), hop on the Blue line southbound to
Clark and Lake. Exit the station on Lake street and walk or grab a cab
for about a four block treck East and two blocks North.
You could transfer at Clark/Lake onto the Orange, Green, or Purple lines
and go to State/Lake, but it's a lot of hassle for the two blocks it
would carry you.
