[yapc] A word of caution

Whoops!  I believe I've been misunderstood.

Around IIT seems to be generally less safe than most other parts of town,
or so I'm told as I don't have direct first-hand knowledge.  Please don't
add my comments regarding this area to the mix, I believe others with
better knowledge than I would know better.

In the recent email which was quoted below, I was specifically referring
to the area around Club Quarters at Michigan and Wacker (or thereabouts)
- THAT is the safe area of town.
