[yapc] swag card game

My sister and brother-in-law have played about 7 times in three days. My
sister is hooked and I can't wait for my wife to get back so we can all four
play. The only thing we got wrong was the draw 1 more/less card per turn.

Question:
There is a card that says: See special play rules.

No special play rules in the deck or on-line. What are we suppose to do?
