[yapc] JavaScript::XRay

After my lightning talk about JavaScript::XRay, several people said
they could use it right away at work.  I just wanted to let those
folks (and anyone else interested) that I've just fixed a major issue
with inlining external javascript files and added tests to support the
bug fix.

I also created a new mailing list / google group for the module's
development and discussion.
