[yapc] Lightning Talks Staus

All,
When will there be a call for papers for Lightning Talks?  The call for papers page (http://www.yapc.org/America/cfp-2005.shtml) says that "Information on how to submit a proposal for a lightning talk will be posted at a later date, no later than April 2005. We will not accept lightning talk submissions at this time."  Since it's May, what is the status?
