Good point.  My approach is to email a personal note to the *.pm.org 
group leaders' list and ask them to "talk up" the notices that I'm 
sending out directly.  Hopefully that will work as well on the lists 
where the group leader is active and paying attention, and we at least 
will still get the email out to the lists where this is not the case.
