actually the charter is owned by tpf too. i was just trying to make the
association between pm and yapc more apparent. most don't know the two
are related. you can even call yapc the pm's conference (which is not a
bad idea for promotional reasons).

it doesn't state it 'owns' pm but it does own the name in some way. IIRC
the pm founders (bdf, dha) turned it over some time ago.
