[yapc] YAPC::NA::2004 CD

I have been handling these requests by giving access to the download 
area on the Kwiki to individual IP addresses. Anyone who needs access 
can send a me an IP address (off the list) and I'll give them access 
once I've verified they're on our registration list.

I'm trying not to make this too complex, but limiting the distribution 
of their materials is very important to many of our speakers.
