[yapc] anchor bar

i have spoken to the manager of the anchor bar. we could get a room or
section but they want a $150 deposit which i don't have at the moment
and we don't have a confirmed group size. we could just walk in en masse
and he said that would be ok. if someone wants to help out here, go for
it. we would need the usual signups on the kwiki page. i am ok if we
just march in though.
