Just to give an update to everyone, I've requested to have the ACT-hosted "test" site go live.  I'm just waiting on the ACT guys to put it into production.  I'll let everyone know when it's up.  Going live with it will be followed by the "Call For Papers" (or Presentations, I can't remember which one the 'P' stands for).
