I think this is the case with most of the campuses. UB and Houston were 
both large and stand-alone, so it wasn't really an option to leave 
campus for lunch. Toronto was an exception.

The feasibility of leaving for lunch and getting back for more sessions 
will determine if people leave. I think most people just want a 
convenient, inexpensive place to go and continue the hall-way track.

I'm not aware of any data along these lines, but impression is that the 
number of students is small-ish.
