I'm looking for the actual itemized cost of each size of shirt, but it
seems that I left the detailed invoice at my office.  We roughly paid
$4.50/shirt for all shirts <= XL and then a dollar extra for each
shirt and each size over XL... for instance: XXL = $5.50, XXXL =
$6.50.  Those numbers are from memory though, but they should be
close.
