[WindyCity-pm] Tag Library Implementation/Graph DB

How are the current graph databases out there for managing tag libraries?
Anyone have a favorite strategy/implementation for a system with two sets of
objects with a one-to-many and many-to-one relationships?  Graph database or
no?

I'm not real keen on coding like this:
