The list administrator should be able to set the mailman setting to allow your
work address emails to go through.  In the version of mailman I'm looking at, y
ou go to the administration interface, then Privacy options... then Sender
filters.  In the Non-member filters section add your work email to the "List of
non-member addresses whose postings should be automatically accepted.".  Then
this problem will be fixed.
