I gave a talk at the postgres user's group last year which went down
quite well.  Essentially it's a vague tutorial about PL/PgSQL presented
as an exercise in implementing 'Ooooaarggh Rules' for pirates.

If you're desperate, and haven't had enough bad puns already... :-)
