[Wellington-pm] Roundup of last night's meeting

Thanks Koz for telling us about the WellRailed group for Ruby/Rails
developers in Wellington - hopefully we'll get a bit more crossover
between the two groups.

I believe the WellRailed group meet on the last Tuesday of each month so
that would make the next meeting the 27th.

The next meeting of Wellington.PM will be Tuesday the 13th of March.
