[Wellington-pm] Last night's meeting

A big thanks to all the speakers at last night's meeting.  I think 
it went pretty well (although a few more talks would have been good).

Next meeting will be on the 11th of April.  Sam Vilain will be 
reporting back from his trip to YAPC::Taipei, and Geoff Cant will be 
comparing different languages' web development frameworks.
