I've had an enquiry through the contact address for
Perl Mongers in Wellington relating to this ad:

It's a US company that gets Perl development work done
in Lithuania.  They are looking for someone in NZ or
Australia to do both development and project support,
dealing with US-based clients.  From talking to the
guy, they're looking to engage someone on a monthly
rather than hourly basis.  It's unlikely to be a 
goldmine but the steady income stream could be an 
advantage.
