We already have someone suggest that he'll set up the forum if needed.. My company is a lot stricter with web access than it is on accessing mails. I assume all of you work and most of you have a similar problem. I can definitly see upsides in setting up a forum.. but that works both ways. It'll be easier to follow threads but it'll be on-site (upside: it wont flood the mailboxes anymore). it's perhaps also worth noting that people will probably spend more time on a website than they will on a mail. Before Perlmonks' userbase exploded, I posted a lot! It has to be maintainable as well. Perhaps a forum is something to consider when we get a high message flow?
