[Vlaanderen] Vlaanderen.pm meetings planning change.

Dear,

At the Vlaanderen.pm meeting yesterday we agreed to move the monthly
meeting to the 4th Wednesday of the month instead of the 3rd. Meeting
point remains the Camogli since their menu is just too good to skip
:-)

This will among other allow for some more "space" between the Brussels
and Vlaanderen Meeting.

The vlaanderen.pm website will be updated accordingly this week.
