[VPM] fyi, Qt adopts GPLv3 as license option

FYI, Trolltech just announced today that they're now licensing Qt 
under the GPLv3.  This is in addition to remaining under the licenses 
it was under before.

This is very welcome news for the large community of developers and 
free software users.

Qt is used by a lot of projects, and those which want to combine QT 
with other code licensed under the GPLv3 have been unable to before; 
now they are compatible, opening the door to more work coming out 
under the preferred license of some developers, or coming out at all.

That includes KDE, as a large example.
